Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, along with proof of purchase and photos of the issue where applicable.
Once your request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds are not applicable for products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or items returned without prior approval.
Defective or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the replacement is due to our error, we cover the return shipping costs. Replacement requests should also be made within 7 days of delivery.
